From the creators of Insula360 comes a new way to experience the sea: Fishingtourism Tavolara.
A project born from a deep, visceral love for the sea and a lifelong passion for fishing, inherited from Salvatore, a fisherman in the Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area since the 1960s.
After years of excursions we felt the desire to offer something different: an authentic experience that takes you to discover the most enchanting coves of the Gulf of Tavolara.
We will guide you, for a day, into the world of the sea – teaching you to listen to the wind, read the waves, embrace its silences, its secrets… and the wonders it holds, both above and beneath the surface.

Aboard the Orsa Maggiore, you will sail towards the jewels of the Marine Protected Area: the islands of Molara and Tavolara.
After around fifty minutes of navigation, you’ll reach the perfect spot to haul in the creels and discover the art of fishing – letting yourself be enchanted by the wonders of the sea and the curious species that inhabit it.
Between swims, you’ll lose yourself in the crystal-clear waters of Molara’s natural pools, seeking refuge in its secluded coves.
And as the sea breeze caresses your skin, you’ll savour freshly caught fish aboard the Orsa Maggiore, our 10-metre traditional fishing boat, where every detail is designed with your comfort in mind.
